DAY & MONTH OF

Day/Month-Of Planning is an ideal service if your venue has requested a Day-Of Planner, or you want all the details handled on the day of the wedding. We provide 10-12 hours one month up to the wedding to review your vendor/venue contracts. Mar Ray Designs will provide organizational tools so we can understand all the planning you’ve done and create a detailed itinerary. On-Site Rehearsal assistance & Wedding day coordination

ESSENTIAL

Our Essentials package provides you customized resources and guidance you need to plan a successful wedding. Up to 12 hours of wedding pre-planning throughout the year, in addition to 10 hours during the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding day when we review, organize, and finalize the details of your planning, creating an itinerary. On-Site Rehearsal & Wedding day coordination & implementation. Customizable based on your needs for the year and the wedding day.

Designed for brides who have a vision, but want all the intricate details to be managed by a professional. In addition to the Essentials package, the Premiere package includes budgeting, design, wedding pre-planning, rental management, itineraries, vendor and contract review, guest list assistance, and management of all vendor payments.

PREMIERE

Concierge services are ideal for the bride and or groom who needs inspiration, or who simply don’t have time to plan.

Rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, farewell brunch, weekend events, group activities, and more.
